Treatment Vouchers – Online Purchases
Due to the nature of our services, all treatment vouchers purchased online are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Once a voucher is purchased, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cash refunds, whether the voucher has been used, partially used, or remains unused.
Why This Policy Applies
Our vouchers grant access to medical and aesthetic treatments that require advance scheduling, practitioner availability, and reserved clinic time. For this reason, all sales are considered final.
No Cash Refunds
- We do not provide cash refunds
- We do not offer credit exchanges
- Vouchers cannot be converted into cash or transferred to another offer
Appointment Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to:
- Review treatment details before purchase
- Ensure suitability prior to booking
- Attend appointments as scheduled
Missed or cancelled appointments may result in the voucher being forfeited, in accordance with our booking terms.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds or changes may only be considered if required by applicable UAE consumer protection laws. Any such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
