Epitalon
Epitalon is a synthetic tetrapeptide derived from Epithalamin, a natural extract of the pineal gland. It is one of the most extensively studied peptides in longevity research, with decades of clinical data from Russian geroscience institutions supporting its remarkable effects on cellular lifespan.
Epitalon’s primary mechanism involves stimulation of telomerase — the enzyme responsible for maintaining telomere length. Shortened telomeres are a primary biological marker of ageing; Epitalon’s ability to preserve and even elongate telomeres makes it uniquely positioned among anti-ageing interventions.
Key Benefits
- Telomerase activation and telomere preservation
- Normalisation of circadian rhythm and melatonin production
- Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects
- Improved sleep quality and energy levels
- Evidence of reduced incidence of age-related disease in long-term studies
