Dr. Andrey Komissarov received his medical degree from the prestigious Moscow State Medical University of Pirogov in Russia. He completed advanced training and earned a master’s degree in Internal Medicine at the same university. He further honed his skills with additional training at the State Institute for Advanced Training of Doctors, where he was awarded the title of Clinical PhD. Dr. Komissarov led many prominent medical hospitals and organizations in Moscow.
